Ingredients

  • • 800g of Dinda Frankfurter Sausage
  • • 400g of Dinda Tomato Paste
  • • 4 seeded tomatoes, chopped
  • • 1 onion, chopped
  • • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • • 3 tablespoons oil
  • • Salt, parsley and green onion to taste

Directions

  1. In a saucepan with oil saute the garlic, onion, chili, tomatoes, salt, parsley and green onion
  2. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Add tomato sauce and sausages whole or chopped into slices
  4. Let it cook for 10 minutes
  5. Serve with buns
