Dinda Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients

  • • 1 can of sweet corn Dinda
  • • 1 can of oil (same measure of corn can)
  • • 1 can of sugar (same measure of corn can)
  • • 1 can of Dinda corn flour (same measure of corn can)
  • • 4 eggs
  • • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • • 2 tablespoons of Dinda wheat flour
  • • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions

  1. In a blender, add the sweet corn Dinda, oil, sugar, Dinda corn flour, eggs and Dinda wheat flour, then beat until creamy consistency
  2. Add the grated coconut and the baking powder and mix again
  3. Pour dough into a greased baking sheet and bake in medium oven preheated at 180ºC for 40 minutes
