Dinda Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredientes
- • 1 can of sweet corn Dinda
- • 1 can of oil (same measure of corn can)
- • 1 can of sugar (same measure of corn can)
- • 1 can of Dinda corn flour (same measure of corn can)
- • 4 eggs
- • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- • 2 tablespoons of Dinda wheat flour
- • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Modo de preparo
- In a blender, add the sweet corn Dinda, oil, sugar, Dinda corn flour, eggs and Dinda wheat flour, then beat until creamy consistency
- Add the grated coconut and the baking powder and mix again
- Pour dough into a greased baking sheet and bake in medium oven preheated at 180ºC for 40 minutes
